  The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is pretty convenient and there are several bus stops around the hotel, and also a taxi facility. The mall below the hotel has several stores, restaurants and gym.

  Friendly staff, Nice, clean and spacy room. 2 small issues in bathroom: the water tap need to be uncalced, and the wasted water of the wash table is flushing very slowly.

  Loved our stay. The breakfast buffet at Aqua 4 was extremely good. Very high quality. Would have liked a kettle in room. More English tv would be nice. The staff were exceptional.
